MATERIALS & YARNS

Natural yarns from European suppliers.

We work with natural yarns from European suppliers: merino wool, alpaca, cotton and bamboo — plus premium acrylic where budget matters. The composition always follows the purpose: a city beanie, an outdoor collection and a kids’ line each call for a different yarn.

Merino gives warmth without overheating and comfort next to the skin — our first choice for premium lines. Alpaca adds softness and prestige; cotton and bamboo work in transitional and kids’ models; premium acrylic brings the price down without compromising the look. We partner with Italian spinning mills whose colour ranges are hard to match at this quality — on request we’ll prepare a yarn and colour swatch book for your project.

BRANDING & PERSONALISATION

A product that looks like it came from your own mill.

Your logo can be knitted into the structure of the hat (jacquard), embroidered, sewn on as a woven or leather patch, or added as a label. Add a branded hangtag and packaging — and what leaves our mill looks like it was made in yours.

For the curious

We’ll advise which technique carries your logo best in a given stitch and size — jacquard loves bold, simple marks, embroidery gives precision at small scale, a leather patch builds a premium feel. You’ll see a branding visualisation before production.

FAQ

The questions every brand asks.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

For models from our collection: from 30 pcs/model. For custom projects: from 100 pcs, depending on construction and yarn. Tell us what you need — we’ll match the right option.

How long does production take?

Sample: about 2 weeks. Production run: depends on material availability — yarn and branding suppliers are slower than we are, so we recommend booking capacity. For the AW season, book by March.

When should I order an AW collection?

The earlier, the better and cheaper. Reserving production capacity by March gets you the best schedules and prices.

Can I get a sample before ordering?

Yes. We usually start with samples of similar products from our collection; for custom projects we prepare a pre-production sample for approval.

Which materials do you work with?

Merino wool, alpaca, cotton, bamboo, premium acrylic and blends — yarns from Italian suppliers. RWS-certified yarns available.

Do you offer branding?

Yes — jacquard (knitted-in logo), embroidery, woven and leather patches, labels, hangtags, packaging.

Where do you deliver?

All of Europe. Documents and invoices fully EU-compliant.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes, as standard — your designs and data stay confidential.
